This year is a monumental year for Italian menswear brand Stone Island, as it will be turning 30. It is a daunting task for any business to withstand three decades, let alone grow and prosper in the fickle fashion industry. Stone Island has prepared a special exhibition entitled STONE ISLAND 30, hosted by Stazione Leopolda in Florence. Produced in conjunction with Fondazione Pitti Discovery, and curated by art directors Simon Foxton and Nicholas Griffiths, the exhibition aims to highlight the various developments and growths of Stone Island over the past 30 years. The team compiled over 200 key garments from their archives, organizing them for a breathtaking display. Be sure to drop by the exhibition, which starts next month.
