SOPHNET. and nonnative got together to redesign the Climbing Pant by American outdoor brand Gramicci. nonnative revised the silhouette, re-appropriating it for urban environment by incorporating stretch capabilities. Those who are familiar with Gramicci will notice that the rear pocket label is an older version, seen on products produced before in 2001. However, the best attribute of this pant is the special ryukyu indigo dyeing technique, a traditional method preserved by the Japanese cultural heritage. This traditional technique was produced under the supervision of Seishou Inoha, who is a licensed artisan recognized by the Japanese government.
