Aspid GT 21 Invictus Super Car

Aspid Cars‘ founder Ignacio Fernández Rodriquez dreams big. Even with most of Europe mucking through the current economic crisis, the Spanish car maker intents to go ahead with plans to produce its GT-21 Invictus Super Car. Building upon its Aspid Super Sport technology demonstrator, the Aspid GT-21 Invictus features an “open wheel” format similar to hot rods of yesteryears and the 1997 Plymouth Prowler. The configuration not only increases the interior space for both passenger and driver. It also solidified a unique brand characteristic for Aspid Cars. Outfitted with a 450 horsepower V8 engine supplied by BMW and “a new generation of sports car hybridization”, Aspid plans to reduce the car’s carbon footprint without sacrificing performance, which is set to be 0 to 62 mph in under 3 seconds. Customized and tuned to each owner’s specifications, more information is available on Aspid’s website at via: Autoblog
