Always among the best company to be with, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, the co-founders of fashion label Public School, briefly talked about their crucial times at the CFDA Incubator program and their first true presentation during last season' New York Fashion Week, which was a critical success among press and media. But what this dynamic duo really want to show is their diversities. So instead of foraging in familiar territories, they decided to go for something new next year and introduce Public School's first even denim collection at the current PROJECT trade show in New York. Though new, denim is certainly not unknown to the pair, who worked at several fashion labels, including P. Diddy's Sean John, before branching out on their own. And very much in the spirit of Public School, the 2013 denim collection is a range of fabric treatments and silhouettes you wouldn't normally associate with denim. Look for more of these cutting edge design in the coming Spring 2013.
