This coming Saturday, July 28, marks the solo exhibition opening of the infamous graffiti writer, REVOK. However, do not expect any magic with spray paints from The Seventh Letter member, as he has dabbled in mixed mediums for this latest exhibition, entitled Gilgamesh. Taking inspiration from a 4,000-year-old poem, Epic of Gilgamesh, REVOK has taken raw materials from abandoned buildings in the Motor City, giving them a new life as geometric collage artworks. A preview of the construction process of the works can be seen below, and the exhibition will take place in the Known Gallery in Los Angeles.
