Pharrell Williams and Mark McNairy Talk BBC Bee Line | For GQ August 2012

The August issue of GQ features a conversation with perpetually in-demand designer Mark McNairy and multi-hyphenate extraordinaire , who’ve joined forces on the season’s “buzziest new label,” Bee Line for Billionaire Boys Club. The guys preview pieces from the collection and discuss their collaboration. McNairy on the origin of the partnership: “I always liked what Pharrell did with — it’s like preppy streetwear. We started by collaborating on one shoe. We talked about doing clothes, and eventually it evolved into a full made-in-the-U.S.A. collection.” Pharrell on McNasty: “He’s very quirky and a quiet guy, but also funny as hell. Within all that quirkiness, he’s very confident. The man just clicks.” Check out the full interview from the print issue, reprinted here.
