In a relatively short period, the partnership between uniform experiment and Carhartt WIP, in which the celebrated Japanese brand (operated by SOPH.‘s Hirofumi Kyonaga and fragment design‘s Hiroshi Fujiwara) reworks classic silhouettes from the workwear stalwart, has already yielded spectacular results. This upcoming hooded jacket is no exception, featuring a straightforward design crafted from 12-ounce cotton duck material in a stark black hue with white accents. Those adornments take the form of signature stars along the right sleeve and familiarly obscured uniform experiment logo behind the front kangaroo pocket. Striped ribbing at the cuffs and waist, along with ue-branded quilted lining, finish the look. The uniform experiment x Carhartt Active Jacket is slated to drop at select retailers this Saturday.
