2013 MINI Countryman

By - November 1st, 2012

The success of MINI‘s Countryman crossover indicates the receptiveness of MINI’s fans to vehicles that aren’t so mini. For 2013, the vehicle offers minor updates for those fans, highlighted by new power window toggles, as well as new interior colors and a newly designed Carbon Black ring around the center speedometer. MINI’s window controls, longtime fixtures at the center console, have been moved to the door armrest, optimizing access to the larger storage compartment at the center. Additionally, a bench seat replaces the two standard bucket seats in the second row, but they remain available as an option. Outside the cabin, new exterior paint options — including Brilliant Copper metallic and Blazing Red metallic — land on the order sheet, plus restructured equipment packages are said to make configuring the Countryman even easier this year. The crossover is scheduled to hit European dealers in November, with U.S. availability following shortly after.
