To help celebrate the return of pro basketball to Brooklyn, adidas Originals has teamed up with the new hometown team for a special collection of off-the-court apparel. Including a pair of T-shirts, a crewneck sweatshirt, and a classic black jacket, that all feature the proud Brooklyn Nets shield logo paired with the iconic Trefoil. In addition to this apparel collection, a commemorative gift kit that is comprised of an “80′s-style leather duffle bag designed by SCHOTT N.Y.C. and a grey BN jacket by Portland’s Dehen was also commissioned to commemorate the inaugural season, but unfortunately they won’t be available for a wide release. The bags and jacket and the will be available for sale exclusively at KITH with only 5 making their way to each of their two locations while two additional kits can be purchased as auctioned items on eBay. All proceeds from the sale of this gear will go to the Hurricane Sandy relief in Brooklyn through the Brooklyn Community Foundation. If you want in on this exclusive range, head over to adidas or KITH NYC to claim your own pieces.
