For a moment, it looked like a scene from a DJ battle championship. At one corner, Mick Boogie prepared his gear for the podium, and while on stage, DJ Neil Armstrong and DJ Clark Kent crisscrossed each other’s turntables in search of the right tune. Such fervor was really for a post-game celebration hosted at Ronnie Fieg’s KITH Brooklyn store location after the all-important Boston Celtics vs. Brooklyn Nets matchup last Thursday. The event also saw the debut of the adidas Originals x Brooklyn Nets Premium Collection, a special series of off-the-court apparel for Brooklyn Nets players. In addition to the slew of DJs, Nets fans, and partygoers, artist ESPO (Steve Powers) was on hand to autograph his limited edition “Good To Be Home” posters. Weren’t able to make it to the festivities? You can still live through the experience vicariously from the event photos and video after the click.
