In the lead-up to the grand unveiling at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, Rolls-Royce has unveiled a bare-bones teaser for the Wraith, the newest addition to the brand’s lineup. The luxury automaker promises the Wraith “will draw superlatives when it is unveiled in Geneva,” ultimately representing the “most dynamic, powerful and beautiful Rolls-Royce in the company’s history.” The launch effectively revives the Wraith name, originally used on a model produced in 1938 – 1939 that featured a 4257 cc straight-six engine and four-speed gearbox. Though details are scant, it’s rumored that this new Wraith will be the coupe version of the top-selling Rolls-Royce Ghost. First deliveries of the Wraith are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2013. Stay tuned for further details.
