Maison Martin Margiela fans should be beaming when they view the latest collection from the avant garde Belgian fashion house. Want apparel that is conceptually intriguing, experimental in texture, layering, and color, and has just much edge as the people wearing them? You’ll find it with Margiela’s Fall/Winter 2013 Collection. Highlighted by the use of plenty of luxury materials, rustic and subdued tones, and more than a few unorthodox cuts, Margiela comes alive, using traditional pieces and manipulating them to add even more masculinity to form totally unique designs. Underneath all the jackets, wool knit sweaters, vests, suits, and slim and straight-leg pants dominate. Sometimes it can be hard to honor the namesake designer’s elusive aesthetic, but it looks like they’ve nailed it for 2013.
