While some fashion houses, labels, and trends may come and go on London’s Bond Street, products with authentic style have true staying power. And, as a unique member of the premium compact car niche, the MINI has certainly cemented its place in the market, proving the principle time and time again. Set to be unveiled at the International Geneva Motor Show this March, this particular MINI is tailor-made for drivers with a distinguished taste, aptly named after the most exclusive shopping street in London. Painted with a Midnight Black metallic exterior with a dash of Cool Champagne color for the roof, mirrors, and bonnet stripes for contrast, the MINI Clubman is a striking vehicle fitting of its title. Inside, the look is just as sleek, with “lounge leather” seats in Carbon Black with Champagne accents set in front of a black carbon fiber instrument panel. Under the hood, U.S. drivers in particular have a choice of either the 121-horsepower base four-cylinder or a 181-horsepower turbocharged four-banger with a standard 6-speed trans. It may not pack as much trunk room for a full day’s shopping spree, but don’t let that stop you from trying. Expect to see this MINI Clubman Bond Street go on sale shortly after its Geneva debut.
