In just four years, Herschel Supply Co. has become a mainstay in trendsetting boutiques and major department stores worldwide. Largely due to the efforts by brothers Jamie and Lyndon Cormack, as well as their functionally designed accessories and premium built. For the start of a new year, Herschel Supply will be introducing its very first seasonal design theme to the popular Studio Collection. Simply named “The Invitational,” the collection harks back to decades ago when the sport of tennis was an “invite-only” affair. Played on neatly trimmed grass courts with wooden racquets heavier than some baseball bats, the polished game of gentlemen and ladies were nevertheless as competitive as today’s variation.
Made for travel, the collection will include 13 different styles, each featuring details inspired by tennis such as the woven appliqués of tennis racquets or horizontal stripe patterns. Finished with a cotton-chambray liners on the inside, the Herschel Supply Co. Spring 2013 Studio Collection will available soon via select retailers worldwide.
