Following leaked images and official shots of the 2013 Lamborghini Veneno, we get detailed looks of the real thing as it was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. Wrapped in forged composite and patented CarbonSkin, the hypercar is an apt celebration of the 50th anniversary of Automobili Lamborghini. It looks fast even standing still, featuring a tapered front end that functions as an aerodynamic wing, along with razor-sharp lines and unique asymmetrical wheel arches that lend to the menacing appearance. Named after one of the fastest fighting bulls ever, the Veneno lives up to its billing, packing a 6.5-liter V12 good for 750 horsepower and a top speed of 220 miles per hour.
