As part of its #ArriveBig campaign, Heineken presents a conversation with Jeff Staple, the founder and creative director of Staple Design and the Reed Space in New York City. One of the top names in the global streetwear depth chart, Jeff is loath to acknowledge that he’s made it, enjoying instead the feeling that the finish line is always a just a few steps beyond his reach. He attributes his success to recognizing and encouraging creativity wherever he finds it, even from untested beginners trying to make a name for themselves. That his former intern Angelo Baque has himself become an influencer in their shared field, ascending to the position of brand director at Supreme, is something Jeff finds entirely gratifying.
