Toyota GT86 Cup Edition

Horsepower and speed need not be exclusive to exotic car with a price tag of a house. Instead, there is the Toyota GT86, an everyday vehicle with a penchant to go fast. Known as the Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ in North America, or simply as the Toyota 86 in Japan, the front-engine, rear-drive, 2-door coupe is a modern take of the legendary Toyota AE86, one forever immortalized by manga/anime Initial-D. While already quite popular with street racing and drifting crowds, there’s bound to be folks who want more. So to address the needs of these speed demons, Toyota added the GT86 Cup Edition. With the addition of €2860 EUR, or around $3700 USD, you will receive a special package that includes a set of 18-inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa GT tires, a Dynamic White Pearl paint job with Racing Red and Furious Black Mica accents, and matching front spoiler, rear diffuser, and A-pillar. Though the powertrain is the same 200 horsepower 2.0-liter “boxer” engine, the Cup Edition comes with an Alcantara sports steering and a red stitching on black design theme on the interior. Each comes with an individually numbered plaque on the center console, along with two VIP tickets to the Nurburing, the Toyota GT86 Cup Edition will be limited to just 86 units only.
