The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport holds the title of the world's fastest street-legal production car. However, there is a Swiss company, Weber, claiming to take that title away from the beastly competitor. The aptly named Faster One produces a similar power output as Veyron, rated to pump out 1200 horsepower from its V10 dual supercharged engine. Its biggest difference is its curb weight, as the two-seater weighs in at 1,250kg, compared to the 1,888kg Veyron. This results in a marginal record of reaching 0-300km/h in a mere 16.2 seconds for the Faster One, where Veyron takes 16.7 seconds. It will be interesting to see what Bugatti will do next, but for the time being, Weber has the upper hand by 0.5 seconds.
