Thanks to Japan’s http://grind-mag.com” target=”_blank”>GRIND Magazine, we get an early look at another enticing collaboration by http://supremenewyork.com” target=”_blank”>Supreme, this time with punk band the http://misfits.com” target=”_blank”>Misfits. Founded by Glenn Danzig and hailed from Lodi, New Jersey, the pioneering group is credited for “horror punk, a sub-genre which ushered in later formations such as the http://blackflag.com” target=”_blank”>Black Flag and even a new hairstyle called “Devilock.”
In mostly black and prominently featuring the band’s signature skull mascot, one first appeared on the band’s 1979 Horror Business single – inspired originally by the 1946 short film series The Crimson Ghost, the Misfits x Supreme capsule collection encompasses a wide range of apparel and accessories. This includes everything from trench coat, graphic tees, to crewneck sweatshirt, caps, and more… Expect more information on products available and release date to come soon.
