Twitter has debuted its highly anticipated music app. Dubbed Twitter #Music, the service can be downloaded starting today, allowing users to find music that’s popular on Twitter, based on the musical acts they follow. It also recommends band you might be interested in, displays the tracks that the users you follow are buzzing about, and enables you to browse through the songs that are currently trending. The songs on Twitter #Music are sourced from iTunes, Spotify and Rdio, with subscribers to Spotify and Rdio able to link to their accounts so they can play full tracks. Go to Twitter #Music now to explore the Web version, or download the free app through iTunes.
