Founded back in 1977, Burton has released countless snowboard design over the years. The guys at the Vermont-based brand acknowledge some of their boards were graced with better designs than others, with a handful featuring “some of the most iconic graphics ever.” They asked resident Burton archivist Todd Kohlman to pick his top thirteen, a task he likened to picking a favorite a child. Part 1 of the feature comprises boards from the late ’80s to the mid ’90s, highlighted in part by the first signature models of pros like Craig Kelly and Jeff Brushie. Check out the selection below.
