Heading to this year's Worthersee Tour tuning event in Austria -- where VW fans the world over gather to witness new models and concept cars from the German automaker -- is the Volkswagen Amarok Power Pickup Concept, images of which have just surfaced online. The vehicle sports a body kit featuring carbon fiber front and rear bumpers, riding on large 22-inch wheels wrapped in 295/35/22 performance tires. Power comes from a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 diesel engine, good for 268 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and a permanent all-wheel drive system. According to Volkswagen, the two-door pickup is capable of 0-to-100km/h (62 mph) spring time of 7.9 seconds. Inside the cabin, one finds body-hugging sport seats, sports steering wheel and carbon fiber-style dashboard and door panels, as well as red accents throughout. Check out additional looks below.
