BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé – Officially Unveiled

Along the tranquil shoreline of Lake Como, BMW and the iconic Italian coach-builder Pininfarina will be unveiling the much talked about BMW Pininfarini Gran Lusso Coupe at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este this weekend. A coupe sheathed in the chassis of a luxury sedan chassis, the BMW Pininfarini Gran Lusso Coupe is a feast for the five senses. Featuring a V12 powerplant, sharper LED headlights, and a streamlined version of BMW’s “Twin-Kidney Grille”, this new interpretation of luxury and speed also include a new set of 21-inch wheels. A spacious interior for four, BMW appointed every inch with rare wood from New Zealand’s kauri trees aged to 48,000 years, black and tobacco brown Foglizzo leather, Bang & Olufsen surround sound. While there are no talks of a full-production run, interests surrounding the concept are such that there might just be a sliver of hope to see it at a BMW dealership near you…
