Like designer Daiki Suzuki before him, Mark McNairy infused his own design sensibilities into the Woolrich Woolen Mills label, but without diluting its Americana-centric approach. Now, after five successful seasons, the New York-base designer will be making his exit after the label's Fall/Winter 2013 Collection presentation later this year. So far, license owner WP Lavori made no announcement on McNairy's replacement but it is likely to put Woolrich Woolen Mills on hold for a season first. In the meantime, McNairy will have his hands full with his own New Amsterdam private label, Billionaire Boys Club collaboration, a capsule collection with adidas Originals, and footwear designs with Ronnie Fieg.
