Estonian-based Velonia introduces the Viks, a stainless steel urban commuter bicycle built with a uniquely shaped frame, one that eliminates the need for a seat tube. The construction is executed with two identical steel tubes that run along the length of the frame, joined at the head tube, seat tube and bottom bracket. Weighing in at around 5kg and handmade in Estonia, the Viks bike is in the prototype phase at the moment. The first production run is expected to be completed in the near future.
