Whether you’re a kid just getting out of diapers or you’re an adult making the transition into them, mini golf is a homerun activity for all ages. One of the most interesting aspects of this particular recreational endeavor is typically the set and/or the courses in which the game is being played. In an effort to provide some fun under the sun for the residents of Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Walker Center has put together two separate eight-hole mini-golf courses to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. The spin? Each hole has been designed by a different group that range from artists, to engineers to students. A few of the stand out holes highlighted on the http://walkerart.org/calendar/2013/walker-on-the-green-artist-designed-mini-golf”>website homepage include, “Garden gnomes masquerading as foosball strikers, a scale model of a French chateau, mazes, gopher holes, and contours mapped from the course at the legendary Augusta National Golf Club.” Thus, whether you’re living in the land of 10,000 Lakes or just want to take a peek at some exceptionally cool photographs be sure to check out the http://walkerart.org/calendar/2013/walker-on-the-green-artist-designed-mini-golf”>Walker on the Green, brought to you by the http://walkerart.org/garden/”>Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
