Designed to bring back “the magical aspect of traveling,” the New Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport will feature a Great Hall with more than 40 shops and restaurants. Additionally, Montreal-based media and entertainment studio Moment Factory was commissioned to create seven multimedia installations throughout the terminal, including an 80-foot LED “Welcome Wall” for arriving passengers, plus two separate “Concourse Portals” made up of 10 video columns with real-time information about departing flights. The main attraction will no doubt be the four-sided 72-foot Time Tower displaying continuous multimedia content. Check out a video overview of the new terminal below, which is scheduled to open later this year.
