Nokia Lumia 1020 Officially Unveiled

There have been plenty of leaks around the Lumia 1020 (that’s an understatement), but Nokia has finally officially taken the wraps off of their latest Windows 8 phone. Continuing the string of leaks, AT&T even got in on the premature promotion train by positing two videos of the camera-centric  smartphone before quickly pulling them down. The specs, however, are pretty widely known, including a 6x zoom, 720p HD video capture, and a 4.5-inch AMOLED HD Plus display protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Inside, Nokia has confirmed that the 1020 has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage; plenty of room for the 41-megapixel camera. The device will ship in white, black, and yellow with matching grips beginning July 26th, exclusively in the U.S. for $299.99 on an AT&T contract. Learn more about the latest member of the Nokia family – that already includes the Lumia 925 and Lumia 820 – after the click and watch the leaked video here.
