The use of studs seems to have completed their transition away from the goth and grunge scene and into the larger streetwear design world. While the style isn’t necessarily easy to integrate, a few labels know how to do it right, including Dr. Martens with their Dayton Studded Monk Shoes and now Stampd with this latest addition to their headwear program. Building on the staple of any outfit, the westcoast streetwear outfit adds lambskin leather to the front panel and brim of the traditional snapback, with the face showcasing a strong array of 112 studs. The caps are available in three types, including options with matte black, silver, and a gold studs, each finished with an embroidered “D” placed on the back of the cap into fabric back panels. All three are available now for $155 via Feature Sneaker Boutique‘s shop in Las Vegas and internationally via phone order.
