Google Introduces Chromecast

It may look innocuous and cost just $35, but the newly unveiled Google Chromecast aims to transform the way you watch TV. The device measures just 2 inches, running “a simplified version of Chrome OS” to connect wirelessly to your smartphones, tablets and laptops. Plug it into one of your TV’s HDMI inputs and presto, you have YouTube video, Netflix movies and Pandora music, all playing instantly on your TV. It should be noted the device isn’t limited to Android — it works with the iPhone via the Google Chrome browser. It outputs at 1080p and doesn’t require a separate remote, and right now it comes free with three months of Netflix streaming. Check out a video overview below, and go http://google.com/intl/en/chrome/devices/chromecast/#netflix” target=”_blank”>here to place your order.
