It’d be nice of Saucony if they’d let up a little bit on the collabs, which would not only give us time to wear them a minute, but to also scrape up some more cash to cop ’em. This summer alone, we’ve seen their two-part offering with 24 Kilates on the Mar Y Montana Pack, their collab with Solebox on the 5000, and the Midnight Runner created with the help of Hanon. Now we have Saucony pairing up with White Mountaineering on a new hi-top suede model based on the Saucony Hangtime, their own basketball shoe from the late ’80’s. Arriving in three colorways – tan, navy, and chili pepper red (that’s our name, not theirs) – with each featuring touches of leather trim to go with their leather-lined interior. A stitched panel wraps around the collar in a coordinating colorway with some coordination with the mid- and outsole. Check out more looks at the three-part offering after the click, which are landing at White Mountaineering’s online store and select retailers now.
