In honor of Girl Skateboards' 20th Anniversary, the Torrance, California based company has collaborated with outdoor gear brand Poler to create a capsule collection consisting of two skateboards and two tents for ultimate fun and adventure!
The limited edition pieces, which are branded with both companies' logos (the girls' bathroom icon and the one-eyed tree graphic), are outfitted with cool traits to commemorate such an event. For one, the tents come in two versions (accommodating either one man or two) and feature fully taped seams, one pole that snaps together for quick set-up, and an eye-shaped moon-roof for seeing the stars. (If you're interested, Poler has released a very appropriately campy promo video that we've posted below. It's pretty ridiculous.)
The skateboard decks, on the other hand, come in two models: a cruiser deck and a plain deck-- both of which were designed with the Northwest skateboard legend Rick McCrank. While both models display a green camo print on the bottom, they differ in tops-- the cruiser deck is coated in hot pink and the plain deck in classic cherry red.
With two decades of success, the Girls Skateboards company deserves to revel in all the fun.
