Apple iPhone 5C Officially Unveiled

“If you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.” – Steve Jobs

The above quote was on display at 4 Infinite Loop as reporters filed in for the all-important new Apple product announcement earlier this afternoon. Live cast to media members in Beijing, Berlin, and Tokyo, many heralded the event to be a turning point for the Cupertino-base company, mainly because of the overwhelming “threats” to its market share in the smartphone arena. With Apple already had the innovation process’ tough parts figured out, it was easy for Android clones like Samsung, LG, and copycats like China’s Xiaomi to duplicate the success. Now under pressure, Apple has to introduce a “gamechanger” once again, however, in two forms this time around.

First, there is the Apple iPhone 5C. Made with one-piece polycarbonate casing, the new phone takes on five delectable colors of green, white, blue, pink, and yellow. Along with a custom set of silicon skin, the color options are nearly limitless. But don’t let the splash of colors fool you, this phone packs a technical punch with fast A6 processor from Apple, a 4-inch Retina Display, 8-megapixel iSight camera with 5-element lens, backside illumination, and hybrid IR filter. The front facing FaceTime camera is brand new too, now as the FaceTime HD with better resolution, backside illumination, and audio. Best of all, to take on its value-driven competitions, the new Apple iPhone 5C will be available starting at $99 USD for the 16GB version and $199 USD for the 32GB version.

The Apple iPhone 5C will be available for pre-order this coming Friday, September 13th and officially release next Friday, September 20th.

Release Dates:
September 13th, 2013 (Friday) | Pre-Order
September 20th, 2013 (Friday) | Available Worldwide including China & Japan
