The Dubai police force set to add another exotic car to its already impressive fleet, thanks to Mercedes-Benz and Brabus. The German tuning company has reworked the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, which made its debut at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show. The Brabus B63S 700 WIDESTAR is powered by a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V-8, which produces a potent 700 horses (vs. the standard 536 horsepower of the original). That extra power allows the vehicle to do 0-62 mph in 4.9 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph. The boxy silhouette of the G-Class features a wide body kit and 23-inch wheels, along with a valve-controlled chrome sports exhaust system. The SUV will be used to promote the “Tune It! Safe!” campaign, which started in Germany as a way to encourage drivers to modify their cars in a safe and legal manner.
