We may have teased you a bit the last time we reported on this, but this time we’ve got something more substantial to sink your teeth into.
This week at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Subaru officially unveiled its 2015 WRX rice rocket with 17-inch alloy wheels with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT tires, fabric sport seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, and soft-touch materials. Under the hood, fans will find a turbocharged 2.0-liter boxer four-cylinder engine that develops 268 bhp (200 kW) and 258 lb-ft (349 Nm) of torque. One of its sexiest new features is its 45:55 rear-bias and continual torque distribution in response to driving conditions from steering wheel angle, yaw, and lateral g-force sensors. The power is all in the handles, so if you’ve got magic hands, this one’s awaiting your magic touch. Go get ’em, tiger.
