Staking a place in the growing compact SUV market, Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the Concept GLA 45 AMG at the LA Auto Show. The vehicle’s aggressive stance is enhanced with a large front splitter in high-gloss black, as well as a “twin-blade” radiator grille in silver chrome and sill panels with black inserts. At the back, there’s a rear diffuser and a four-tailpipe sports exhaust system, with the sporty motor racing look extending to sides, highlighted by the “45” graphic on the doors. It all rides on 21-inch forged alloy wheels, which are driven by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, good for 360 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque. The engine is connected to a seven-speed, twin-clutch transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint time of less than five seconds. Check out more looks below.
