Largely missing in all other collaborations, designer David Obadia wanted to demonstrate the narrative aspect of a collaborative design, especially the very first one between his Brooklyn We Go Hard (BWGH) label and PUMA. For the endeavor, Obadia asked filmographers/directors Adrien Landre and Julien Soulier to transcribe the central design theme of “Bluefield” onto a short film format. The result was this preview, which placed emphasis on three vignettes of different individuals with separate lives. Yet, linked by a common entity – the color blue.

See this preview, along with glimpses of the first BWGH for PUMA collaboration, in the video after the jump. You can also see more images on David Obadia’s Instagram page. In the meantime, the BWGH for PUMA R688 “Bluefield” will be available starting this Saturday, December 7.
