By - December 16th, 2013

If you’re the kind of sushi lover who enjoys his meals on the go, you’ll want to be prepared to dine in style with these chopsticks by Japanese outdoor brand Snow Peak. Bamboo tips fit into stainless steel tubes for handy portability, while a Horween Chromexcel leather carrying case from Portland-based Tanner Goods keeps your implements safe and intact. The duo of available colorways is exclusive to each brand, featuring Chicago Tan for Snow Peak, or Tungsten Grey for Tanner Goods. Step up your culinary game and grab a set for yourself — or as a gift for foodie friends and family members — from Tanner Goods or Snow Peak.

De-regulation of Rural and Commercial Licensing laws borders on insanity and will destroy the industry for all. Without the correct training and knowledge for such complex transactions as these are, so many deals will be compromised and suffering consumers will blame Real Estate Agents as a whole. With all that our farmers have suffered recently and all of the challenges currently facing the retail sector, Estate Agencies and business in general, our government now wants to slap them and us around the head again with negligent legislation!!If National Licensing is not wholly protecting consumers and regulating all sale and leasing of all Real Estate and Property Interests, we are only going backwards as an industry and as a nation! I urge all agents to use the link above and put their concerns in writing to COAG before our long suffering industry is destroyed for good.

I cannot believe the govt. is even considering deregulating rural & commercial transactions. These type if transactions are far more complex than residential and require a completely different set of skills to complete the transaction professionally. After years of fighting for tighter regulation and professionalism the industry is about to be ruined.
