While the collective attention of the automotive world is squarely fixed this week on the Detroit Auto Show, Bentley‘s proving there are things going on at the other side of the pond, unveiling a special edition Birkin version of its Mulsanne flagship. Named after Sir Henry “Tiger” Tim Birkin — the legendary Bentley Boy who raced extensively around Europe in the 1920s and 1930s — the vehicle features unique 21-inch wheels, special tread plates, unique Flying B logos stitched into the headrests and picnic tables fitted for rear passengers. Those passengers will also enjoy twin 8″ LCD screens, a DVD player, Wi-Fi hotspot, Naim for Bentley premium audio system and iPads integrated into the picnic tables. Production is limited to just 22 cars, all of which will be available in Ghost White, Damson Burgundy or a two-tone Fountain Blue and Dark Sapphire paint job. Check out more looks below.
