The Montblanc TimeWalker Chronograph 100 has something for every kind of watch connoisseur; a brand with an immediately recognizable pedigree, a newly developed calibre MB M66.25 engine, and an impeccably crafted new titanium case. The watch offers 1/100 second accuracy both in keeping time and measuring intervals, which is also fitting with a race car-inspired build made up of carbon fiber middle and titanium bezel, caseback, and lugs. There’s also a satin-finished flange around the dial’s circumference that is calibrated with a 100ths-of-a-second scale with a printed red 100 at the 12 o’clock position. Underneath the small running seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock and elapsed seconds at 6 o’clock, part of the inner workings are displayed, which can run with a 100 hour power reserve that is manually wind. A limited number of 100 pieces are available for purchase now for €50,000 EUR (~$68,000 USD) beginning this Fall 2014.
