Announced last year, Porsche will tune the existing powerplant on the 911 Turbo to 520 horsepower and 911 Turbo S to 560 horsepower for the 2014 model year. The tweaking will give the 911 Turbo a 0-60 mph time of 3.2 seconds while the performance-centric 911 Turbo S will wring out a time of 2.9 seconds. But if those numbers aren’t fast enough for you, Porsche tuning specialists at TechArt can certainly help.
Customized to fit the 2014 model, the TechArt tuning program includes a new body kit. From side skirts, rear wing, to an adjustable front spoiler, all molded from lightweight carbon fiber composite to TechArt’s strict specifications. Along with rear diffuser and sets of alloy wheels, customers can also add performance suspension and sports exhaust system to their vehicles. In addition to the exterior alterations, TechArt will spruce up the cabin in either carbon fiber or aluminum trims, leather upholstery, and more… The company will add on more power as well with its proprietary TA 091/T1 kit. Just a brief run down at the moment, TechArt will unveil more details at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March.
