It’s already been a busy year for Volvo, already releasing previews of two other concepts – the Concept Coupe and the Concept XC Coupe – but its the third one that will probably cause the most buzz at next week’s Geneva Motor Show. Details around the Volvo Concept Estate are sparse as we get our first look under its custom Stutterheim car cover, but what we’ve got is plenty to keep us going until next week. Featuring the same T-shaped headlamps and wide grille as the other Concepts, its on the roof where things get interesting: a full-length glass roof that reveals the world to those inside, ending with a wide, pointed rear. That back end also see similar taillamps and it opens up to reveal a pretty spacious hatch. Inside, white leather, orange seatbelts and carpets, and plaid-like cloth for the headliner and seatbacks finish the decidedly northern European design. Continue after the click to see more preview shots and stay tuned for more following the show next week.
