The Spring season can’t come any quicker and Converse and Hancock Vulcanised Articles are here to help us welcome in the warmer weather with a trio of Jack Purcell mids. The looks are inspired by Hancock VA’s signature elastic bonded seams and water-repellant materials on the classic cut of the Jack Purcell silo, marking the first time that the British luxury brand’s handmade outerwear techniques are brought to footwear. The result is a modern sneaker that is just as clean as it is durable, while still retaining the rich heritage of both brands, releasing in three fresh colors: indigo, summer yellow, and mastic gray. Each also feature a soft lining with a unique phytology print of the Siphona Elastica plant, which is used to manufacture rubber, along with the Hancock VA logo stitched on the heel tab of each sneaker and finished with the iconic Purcell smile. The Converse Jack Purcell x Hancock sneaker will be available in limited quantities beginning March 14 at Converse stores in San Francisco and New York City, as well as select Converse First String retailers across Europe and Asia.
