Last week, Porsche revealed their entrant into the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship, the 919 Hybrid. Now Audi responds with the reveal of their RS5 DTM, displayed for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in all its aggressive glory. The 2014 model features a redesigned aero package that makes the RS5 look just as fast as its V8, 456 hp engine makes it, delivering plenty of speed to the rear wheels through its six-speed gearbox. Features from previous models are still present, such as the honeycomb grille, but new air ducts and skirts give the Audi a new shape while the wing mirrors allow for the best airflow along side the car. A new suspension system and closed wheel arches also help to keep things streamlined. Audi has been working on the RS5 since last May and plan to open up the throttle on race day on May 4 in Hockenheim.
