After participating various collaborative projects and decking the windows for http://lordandtaylor.com” target=”_blank”>Lord & Taylor department store last year, the artist went on to putting the finals touches for her new Claw & Co. brand. Even though there are inklings of association to her CLAW label, Claw & Co. is quite different in that it bridges between streetwear, vintage wear and contemporary fashion. Because of her background in art and graffiti, Gold added different elements such as 3M reflective appendages, cotton terry, bungee cord and more, to both classic and modern silhouettes, or as the designer puts it “DKNY circa 1996 meets Canal Street.”
