The GTS stands for Gran Turismo Sport, which are enhancements to the S models of each that have been optimized to now produce an extra 15 hp and 10 ft/lb of torque, bringing their totals to 330 hp for the Boxster and 340 for the Cayman. Both also come with Porsche’s new Sports Chrono package standard along with adjustable suspension, 20-inch alloy wheels, and blacked-out headlight surrounds. Aside from the new top speeds of 175mph and 177mph, you’ll find refreshed front and rear bumpers and a cabin newly fitted with sports seats covered with leather and Alcantara. While we do have plenty of action shots, one thing we don’t have are specifics on pricing and availability, which are both expected to be released in the coming weeks.
