Officine Autodromo Prototipo Chronograph Watches

This new series of timepieces from Officine Autodromo take us back in time in sportscar racing, back before there was digital timekeeping where racing chronograph watches officially clocked every turn and were strapped to every driver’s wrist. Cars and watches have always enjoyed a close relationships, but this new series of four takes it a bit further, offering pieces with dials and colorways inspired by instrument panels and straps reminiscent of driving gloves and steering wheels, but in a clean, modern style. Functionally, each features subdials to measure seconds up to 24 hours, a second for minutes, as well as hour/minute hands that sweep and a calendar function at the 6 o’clock position. Each is powered by a Seiko VK64 Chronograph Hybrid Meca-Quartz movement protected within a sapphire crystal and a stainless steel case. Continue after the jump to see all four style and colorway combinations and head to their online shop to find out how to earn your own.
