The story of http://supremenewyork.com” target=”_blank”>Supreme is more than just about how an inconspicuous skateshop on Lafayette Street became a fixture in New York City culture. It is also about the amount of thoughts, sweats and tears everyone put in since the store first opened back in April 1994. To mark the occasion, Supreme is bringing back two OG designs – the Taxi Driver tee and the Box Logo tee – that were available on that very day. Simply know as the Taxi Driver tee, the simple graphic print features one iconic scene of Robert DeNiro in Martin Scorsese’s classic 1976 film Taxi Driver. And of course, Supreme wouldn’t be Supreme without its Box Logo tee. Both will be available in the eight original colorways and accompanied by two skate decks with matching designs.
All to be available as part of Supreme’s 20th Anniversary Collection starting this Thursday, April 24th, at its New York City, Los Angeles and London store locations. The collection will also be available at its online shop with a subsequent launch to follow on Saturday, April 26th, at Supreme’s branches across Japan.
