ESPN The Magazine 2014 Body Issue

The annual Body Issue from http://insider.espn.go.com/insider/espn-the-magazine/” target=”_blank”>ESPN The Magazine is the antipode to the famed Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. While the latter spotlights a certain kind of human form, the former celebrates the diversity of the athlete in peak physical condition (or a close approximation, in the case of Texas Rangers slugger Prince Fielder). Once again featuring both male and female specimens of all shapes and sizes (determined largely by the athlete’s choice of sport), the layout features some recognizable names — including Venus Williams, Michael Phelps, Marshawn Lynch and Nigel Sylvester — and some that are a bit more obscure, but what they all have in common is an apparent willingness to present themselves in the buff. Check out a selection of the photos below, and see the full gallery http://espn.go.com/espn/photos/gallery/_/id/11143740/image/1/venus-williams-bodies-want” target=”_blank”>here.
