Aston Martin has unveiled the new V12 Vantage Roadster, the fastest convertible the British automaker has ever built. Power comes courtesy of a 6.0-liter V-12 engine, producing 565 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque. The rear-wheel-drive roadster is equipped with an automated manual gearbox, helping to deliver a 0-to-60 sprint time of 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 201 mph. Like its V12 Vantage S coupe sibling, the vehicle features race car technology in the form of CNC machined combustion chambers, hollow camshafts and Sportshift III transaxle. Sales of the 2015 Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster are expected to commence later in the year, with pricing expected to run around $200,000. Check out the introductory video below.
